The promoters of a new real estate venture in London sought Rooftemp’s consulting skills for the initial development of their highly innovative concept: the creation of a unique and appealing short-term form of urban accommodation for the young international business traveler. The aim was to propose an affordable hybrid between a hotel room and an office by integrating a functional design with advanced technology communication.
